Biography

Specializing in defense forecasting, wargaming and quantitative analysis, Foster previously served as the Director of the Air Force Blue Horizons Program at Air University. A former Air Force officer, he served as a strategist and combat experienced instructor-pilot in the F-16, B-2, and B-1.
