Description

Since the Air Force Reserve's formal establishment in April 1948, Reserve Citizen Airmen have amassed a rich heritage with heroic accounts of responding to disasters, humanitarian aid, and conflicts. Our history is also the study of changing, adapting, and evolving from a strategic force held in "reserve" into a cost-effective, operational Reserve force ready for the fight tonight.
